Many small businesses decide to operate as a limited company, often for practical and tax planning reasons. I have many such clients. 

Failing to submit accounts to Companies house within 10 months of the Company's year end will result in a £150 fine.

A Corporation tax return must be submitted to HMRC within 9 months of the Company's year end.

Company secretarial work

Companies should have a Company Secretary to deal with administrative issues and ensure the Company complies with the Companies Act. Many business people appoint themselves as Company Secretary but do not have the time or experience to ensure all the legal requirements are met. I am happy to deal with all of this work for you.
